Hellenic Flame Festival

Every year, the Hellenic Community of Montreal holds its festival The Hellenic Flame at Jean-Drapeau Park.

For three days, the park is the setting for this event designed to showcase the Greek culture in Montreal. The Hellenic Flame festival highlights the Greek traditions throughout the festival activities.

It showcases the unique Quebec Greek culture and way of life, while also blending the Mediterranean experience. There are cultural activities, business expositions, daily folkloric dancing shows, local Greek musicians and Greek restaurants onsite. Local popular folkloric groups are presented with popular groups within the Hellenic Community.

The access to the Hellenic Flame, a Quebecois-Greek celebration and a Montreal-Mediterranean experience is free for all.
