Charlevoix Museum

The Charlevoix Museum is a research center that spotlights the Charlevoix’s artistic, historical, and cultural heritage.

The region’s historical exposition is displayed alongside works of several generations of great artists. The permanent exhibition offers an opportunity to discover the local history through ancient artifacts and other collection items.

Many documents stress the importance of preserving Quebec’s Great North and its fauna, flora, natural resources, and beauty of its landscapes. The Museum Mezzanine holds bi-monthly exhibitions of selected artists or groups of artists from Charlevoix. The Gallery Boutique offers books, artworks, regional products, greeting cards, and souvenirs.

Guests can take a walk along the outdoor terrace and admire unparalleled mountain vistas as well as a magnificent view of St. Lawrence.
