Blueberry Festival
Blueberry being a symbol of the Lac Saint-Jean Region, every year in August the fruit of blueberry is celebrated during this festival of Dolbeau-Mistassini.
Indeed, July and August are two month in which blueberries are picked up in blueberry fields.
Annual festivities include exhibitions, animation, performances, games, blueberry contests, a parade, the baking of a giant blueberry pie, etc. This blueberry festival is fun for the whole family.
