Alpine skiing in Charlevoix
Downhill skiing as definitely one of the most popular winter activities in the Charlevoix Region, where it is really grandiose. This station is a family mountain with runs for every level and every taste. It offers as well a full range of other winter activities. Abundant natural snow, no ice, no false flats, 335 meters of vertical, about fifteen all-category trails, three glades, one terrain park and best of all no line-ups at the lifts. Mont Grand-Fonds is one of Quebec’s most beautiful outdoor centers, with over 60 linear kilometres of double-tracked trails.
Le Massif is another great mountain. Located at the western gateway to the Charlevoix Region, Le Massif overlooks the St. Lawrence river, offers amazing views an the highest vertical in Quebec.
Le Massif is the pinnacle of slide sport destinations with conquering 770 metres of breathtaking vertical drop and with up to 45 scenic trails and glades.
