Cheesy Rice in Carrot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250g) of rice
- 1 cup of water
- 1 1/2 cups of grated carrot
- 1 cup of grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Salad dressing
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Prepare rice with water as usual
- Heat oven to 350F (180C)
- Combine all ingredients mixing lightly
- Pour into 4 cups(1L) greased casserole; cover and bake for 40 minutes
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
