Crusted Chicken

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2,5 lib)
  • 8 tsp of Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (100 ml) of grated cheese (Parmesan)
  • 1 cup (200-250 ml) of mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 425F or 220C.

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and grated cheese.

On baking sheet, arrange chicken and top evenly with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
