Saint-Leandre
Saint-Leandre is a municipality of Matane County, located in the Bas-Saint-Laurent Region, on the Gaspe Peninsula,
offers a different view of the wind turbines erected on its territory.
This small village has a population of about 400.
In St-Leandre famous painter Calude Picher spent the last twenty years of his life, and it is here, in his workshop that he painted his canvasses illustrating the natural splendours of the Gaspe.
